This includes (but is not limited to): Downloading or accessing the digital product Activating or redeeming a license or key Viewing or revealing a product key (including bonus or beta keys) Keyless or automatic redemption Any form of digital delivery where access has been granted 👉 Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered and cannot be returned or refunded.

✅ When a Refund MAY Be Considered

A refund or store credit may be reviewed only if all of the following conditions are met: ***The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase **The product has NOT been activated, redeemed, downloaded, or accessed No product key, license, or code has been viewed or revealed **The request is made more than 24 hours before a product’s release or preload period **The request complies with vendor rules and platform policies **All refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:
**The product was activated, redeemed, downloaded, or accessed Any product key or digital code was revealed
**The request is based on a change of mind or accidental purchase
**The request is made within 24 hours of release or preload
**The product is a digital key, gift card, or gaming product
**The purchase was made during a sale or promotion (unless required by law) Digital goods cannot be returned once delivered.

🔑 Product Keys — Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product key and receive a refund? A product key may be eligible for a refund only in these two cases: The product key has NOT been viewed or displayed There is an issue with the key itself, such as: The key is invalid The key was already used before delivery These cases require verification and are reviewed individually.

I already viewed the key — can I return it?
No.

Once a key is viewed or revealed: It is considered fully delivered Sellers cannot revoke, deactivate, or reissue the key A refund is not possible under any circumstances FreeTrackLoop.store operates as a digital key marketplace, not a publisher. Viewed keys cannot be reused or resold.

What if my key does not work?

If you experience an issue with a purchased key, contact Customer Support immediately with proof.

💳 PayPal & Digital Product Refunds

Buyer Protection (PayPal) PayPal offers Purchase Protection for digital products. Buyers may file a claim for:

**Significantly Not as Described
Claims must be filed within 180 days of the transaction.

Seller Protection Limitations

PayPal does not provide Seller Protection for digital goods. In the event of a dispute, we may submit evidence such as:
**Proof of delivery or download link

Access or download timestamps
**Records showing key disclosure
**Customer communication history
If delivery or access is confirmed, the transaction is considered successfully completed.

Important PayPal Exclusions

**Gift cards and gaming products have limited or no PayPal reimbursement
**These products are strictly non-refundable once delivered

PayPal Fee Policy

Please note:
**PayPal seller fees are non-refundable
**Fees are not returned even if a refund is issued

PayPal Time Limit

**PayPal refunds cannot be processed after 120 days from the purchase date
